Whats there to say about it? You get to play as the batman! That alone made me want to play it but not purchase it and no I didn't I play it over at a friends, I'm about 18% through the game and here are my thoughs so far.

The game play for this is pretty solid, like any action stealth video game you can take oppontants out with a "Silent take down" about unfortunately unlike other stealth video games after you take them out theres nothing you can really use them for, example in Splinter Cell you can carry the bodies around to setup traps for other oppontants or set a distraction so you can sneak by. Though the joy of walking into a room full of Escapees and Dropping a few heads is great fun in this game but I find myself doing it way to much, I'd wish they had more features where I can put stealth to the utmost use. My favorite part of this whole things was probably the Explosive gel and Remote control batarang combo gave me many laughs and cheers. Now on to the rest of the gameplay, though this games choice of fighting each area is dynamic and different I find the boss fights to be a little contrained such as the fight between Bane and yourself, (To avoid spoilers I won't name anything more) where you have to use this one weapon to stumble him so he runs into the wall and becomes valunerable. Attempting to defeat bane another way is well quite difficult I spent nearly 1 hour trying to use an alternate weapon but no it didn't work in the end. Graphics for this game is great given it's the Unreal Engine, I belive it's the 3.5 version and like all unreal engine based games theres a tendancy for the models to look...Wet? Harley Quinn in a nurse outfit anyone? that aside the graphics are definately top notch - other then the fact that they all look like they crawled out of a a pool. Sounds in this game are pretty well down, I haven't found anyhting wrong with them but I would have liked it if they had the mummbling batman from Dark Knight lol just imagine the cut scenes. I have no idea about the replay value as I have yet to beat the game, I imagine that if I were to keep all my weapon upgrades I'll have a ton of fun playing it again. This game is definately fun no matter how much you want to hate it and overall a solid game so get it, play it ,or do like me and get a friend who has it. And "Harley will seeya later B-man" LOL
