Aliens Vs Predator: 2010
Rebellion

AvP: Stealthy... and Hard. (+2Small-thumbs-up)

Just like surprise butt sex, right?...

Anyways, Rebellion remakes their old classic hit, Aliens VS Predators... even though there are so many Aliens and Predator games. But to update the hit to the modern days is somehow fantastic!... Yet, un-refined as the same time.

Gameplay
Three Campaigns: Marines, Predator, Aliens. The Marines sets you as a Marine named Rookie. Basically, you were dropped off, then your ship exploded, and now you have to get off the damn planet with a person talking to you 24/7. The inside of the base is where the fun really is, since most of the area is dark and unseeable. But when going outside, it intends to not get scary anymore since you can see the aliens in broad daylight. The Predator [I guess his name is Elite] is just there for fun hunting Humans and Aliens for revenge... Oh, and the humans discover this ruin in which he needs to stop before they discover his people's technology. Basically, you're just jumping around trying to get passed, kill and RIP THE HEADS OFF THE HUMANS SPINE [Trophy kills ftw]. And the Aliens [named Specimen 6] awakes in a lab, escapes and then eats everybody's head. The Marines campaign seems to be nicely done, but as for the Aliens and Predator campaign... not so well done due to linear mapping... and that the humans act like they have no Brains [just simple AI in other words]... but hey, if it wasn't for that, trophy kills wouldn't be so cool to execute so easily.

Graphics
Graphics are fine here. They are improved from it's predecessor by a ton and like I said before for the Marine campaign, it's more scarier in the dark since all you have is your radar detector that notifies where the aliens are. It's also better to kill in the dark when you're an Alien where they can't see you...

Sound
Ah... The screechs of the Aliens and the weird ass noises from the Predator are back and creepier than ever. Actually, they sound the same like always. Anyone think the humans could of done a little better with their voices though?

Replay Value
After playing the campaigns, I didn't feel the need to come back. Multi-player is different on the other hand. You got six game modes: Death match [Typical all out war against the 3 races], Infestation [One becomes the Alien and trys to kill everyone, while the others survive and if killed, they join the Alien team], Mixed Species Deathmatch [Two teams, mixed races, one war], Survivor [(My favorite) 4 Marines against a swarm of AI Aliens], Predator Hunt [One Predator, team of marines, you better watch your friends back], Species Deathmatch [This time the Marines team, Aliens team, and Predators team against each other], and Domination [Control this, control that]. Multi-player is what made me come back for this game.

Fun Factor
Multi-player is what made me come back even more than single-player. It's just fun controlling... once you get use to it, because the controls are indeed a little wacky for the Aliens. But once you get passed that, it's just simple. One thing I did not like about this though was the one-hit kills [Trophy kills ftl in this case]. There is a way to dodge it, but you have to be quick about it before you get your head ripped off by a Predator.

Aliens Vs Predator isn't for anyone. If you love the series or just a big fanboy of these 2 races, then you should pick this up. If not, then you should just consider renting. This game is polished graphics wise from the 1999 version, which was a classic hit. The gameplay is repetitive and the controls are a little clunky, but if you get passed that, you got yourself a good game in the market.

Nice.
I was just looking at the AvP game series just now. I was referring though to the 2002.
