Zombie Master is an online HL2 Mod which brings FPS and RTS to the genre. Players will have to survive a certain scenario [or map] in order to escape the grasp of the evil Zombie Master him/her self!

Survivors run like there's no tomorrow.
You got the survivors. Basically, they need to survive by doing different things depending on the map, but it's breaks down to these two: Time Survival and Objectives. Other than that, weapons come to shotguns, rifles, mac10s, molotovs, crowbars, fist, sledgehammers, 9 mm handguns, and magnums.

Zombie Master: Planner and Strategist.
When it comes to being a ZM, it works like a RTS. The one thing the ZM is dependent on is resources. You get more by killing the survivors. Then you have your troops: Shamblers are slow, but they make great use for destroying barricades and blocking. Drifters can spit acid at a distance rather than melee range. Banshees are weaker than the others, but they can leap towards the survivor and do serious damage up close. Hulks are huge, fast, and 2 hits from these guys will have you down quickly. And then you got your Immolators, pyro maniacs that set themselves on fire as soon as they see the survivor. Zombie Masters can also activate traps [If the map has any] to activate different deadly effects towards the survivors.

An overview of what the mod is mostly all about. It's a great mod for those who love zombie horror and/or who just love controlling zombies [or shooting...]. And although the mod has permanently stopped being update, and there's still a couple of problems to be worked out, Zombie Master is still a great HL2 mod to play.
